Body:	If you try to access documents and get a request for a Username and Password, please use: Username: IBWG@MyFWC.com Password: butterfly *This is a technical problem that only some will encounter through the Microsoft Office application. If this does not work, the default is to cancel the Username request 3 times and it will allow access to document.  We apologize for the inconvenience!
